After suffering from uterine prolapse, women usually feel very worried, fearing that they will never be able to have children again after treatment, or that the disease cannot be cured at all. In fact, it is relatively easy to cure this disease. Patients must have confidence in defeating the disease and not give up on themselves. There are many treatments for uterine prolapse. The following editor will make a detailed analysis and introduction of each one. 1. Drug treatment. For mild uterine prolapse, some medications or simple tools can be used for treatment first. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that uterine prolapse is caused by insufficient Qi in the middle, Qi deficiency and sinking, which makes it unable to support the placenta. Or it may be due to overproduction and excessive labor, which results in the Chong and Ren meridians being weak and the Xi Bao being powerless. Uterine prolapse can be treated with Chinese medicine that replenishes the middle qi. Prescription: Astragalus, Codonopsis, Atractylodes, Angelica, Citrus aurantium, Cimicifuga, Bupleurum, Tangerine peel, Licorice, etc. 2. Pessary treatment. Placing a tray in the vagina in combination with general treatment is suitable for patients with grade I and grade II mild uterine prolapse and moderate prolapse of the vaginal wall. Commonly used types include trumpet-shaped, ball-shaped, and ball-belly-mushroom-head pessaries. No matter which pessary you choose, you need to wear it beforehand, starting with a medium size and inserting it into the vagina. The uterus should be lifted up so that it does not fall out due to increased abdominal pressure and without causing any discomfort. 3. Surgical treatment. Surgical treatment is a commonly used treatment for uterine prolapse. It mainly involves removing the uterus from the vagina and repairing the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina. It is also the best surgical treatment for uterine prolapse. For young women who wish to have another child and have a long cervix, the uterine body can be left intact and only part of the cervix can be removed. At the same time, the ligaments around the uterus can be strengthened and the anterior and posterior walls of the vagina can be repaired. For patients with mild uterine prolapse but significant bladder and rectal prolapse, only the anterior and posterior vaginal wall repair can be performed. These treatments need to be carefully considered when choosing and must be combined with the patient's physical condition. The editor reminds all patients to maintain their own hygiene during the illness, temporarily stop sexual life, and pay attention to letting the body rest more and not do too much physical work, so as to prevent the condition from worsening. |
