How to recover from uterine prolapse?

How to recover from uterine prolapse?

I believe that the uterus has an irreplaceable position in women's hearts. Many women suffer from uterine prolapse. Early detection and treatment are very good. So, let us understand what signals the body sends out to indicate uterine prolapse and what causes this disease? What are the dangers? What method should be used for treatment?

In fact, uterine prolapse is the sagging of the uterus. The general symptoms of uterine prolapse include at least a feeling of falling and a feeling that something is about to fall out of the lower abdomen. It usually causes back pain, and in severe cases it can also affect the bladder and rectum, causing frequent urination, incomplete urination, or constipation.

The inner wall of the uterus cannot contract and recover well, and it sags into the vagina, and in severe cases it may extend outside the body. The causes of uterine prolapse generally include the following aspects:

1. Congenital weakness and relaxation of the pelvic muscles can also cause uterine prolapse.

2. Damage caused by childbirth, such as giant babies, difficult labor, etc.

3. Age, organ failure and a decrease in the female hormone estrogen cause the pelvic floor muscles to lose tension and the uterine ligaments to gradually degenerate and atrophy.

4. Various pelvic surgeries may also cause sequelae of uterine prolapse.

5. The pressure in the abdominal cavity is too high. For example, excessive obesity, long-term cough, constipation, or tumor compression in the pelvic cavity will increase the pressure in the abdominal cavity.

This situation will have a certain impact on fertility and physical health, and will also cause pain during sexual intercourse. The best treatment for uterine prolapse is surgery. After a vaginal hysterectomy, the basic ligament and other supporting tissues are fixed, and the pelvic floor muscles and vaginal wall are repaired at the same time, including repairing the anterior vaginal wall mucosa to prevent bladder prolapse, and repairing the posterior vaginal wall mucosa to prevent rectal prolapse.

Nowadays, many women do not pay attention to conditioning in their lives or are too busy, and develop bad habits of irregular life, which brings many potential harms to the body. Therefore, normal eating habits and regular work and rest, more exercise, and appropriate strengthening of the body's resistance are also one of the ways to prevent uterine prolapse.
