How to check if leucorrhea is green and has no odor

When undergoing a physical examination, you must pay attention to actively cooperate. Different physical examination items require different understandings of the body. Therefore, when undergoing a physical examination, you must first understand the examination methods so that you know how to cooperate well during the examination. So how do you check if the leucorrhea is green and has no odor? The following is a detailed introduction so that you can have some understanding of this type of examination.

Green leucorrhea without odor inspection method:

1. pH value check

When women reach puberty, their ovaries begin to produce sex hormones, which make the secretions in the vagina weakly acidic. Under normal circumstances, the vagina has a certain self-cleaning function. The pH test mainly looks at the acidity and alkalinity in the vagina. Under normal circumstances, the pH is 4.5. If the pH value is greater than 5-6, it is abnormal.

2. Vaginal cleanliness check

Grade I: After a vaginal cleanliness test, if the vaginal cleanliness is Grade I, a lot of epithelial cells and a lot of vaginal lactobacilli will be found in the vagina under a microscope.

Grade II: After the vaginal cleanliness test, if the vaginal cleanliness is Grade II, vaginal epithelial cells will be found under the microscope, as well as a small amount of white blood cells, some vaginal lactobacilli, and a small number of miscellaneous bacteria or pus cells.

Grade III: After a vaginal cleanliness test, if the vaginal cleanliness is Grade III, a small amount of vaginal lactobacilli will be found in the vagina under a microscope, as well as a large number of pus cells and miscellaneous bacteria.

Grade IV: After a vaginal cleanliness test, if the vaginal cleanliness is grade IV, no vaginal lactobacilli can be found under a microscope, but a small amount of epithelial cells can be found, mainly pus cells and miscellaneous bacteria.

3. Fungal and Trichomonas vaginal discharge examination

If there are abnormal symptoms in the leucorrhea, fungi and trichomonas should be checked. The purpose of the examination is to detect the presence of trichomonas or fungi under a microscope.

4. Amine test inspection

The amine test is also one of the methods for checking leucorrhea. During the amine test, it will be found that the amines in the leucorrhea will evaporate after being alkalized by potassium hydroxide.

After understanding the inspection method for green leucorrhea without odor, you can follow the above method when conducting a physical examination. However, it should be noted that during the physical examination, if any abnormality is found in the body, it should be explained in time to avoid affecting the body and causing other problems.
