What are the symptoms of multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding? Multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding is a common gynecological disease. It refers to abnormal uterine bleeding. After examination, no organic diseases of the whole body and male reproductive organs were found. It was only caused by an imbalance in the function of the neuroendocrine system. The main manifestations are often irregular menstrual cycles, excessive menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation or non-menstrual bleeding.

Clinical symptoms: Bleeding occurs after a period of amenorrhea. The bleeding may also be non-periodic. The amount, duration and time interval are uncertain. Some people only show increased menstrual volume and prolonged menstrual duration. When there is a lot of bleeding, it can cause severe anemia.

1. Multifunctional uterine bleeding during puberty: When a girl has her first menstruation, the hypothalamus-pituitary-uterine-ovarian axis is in the process of gradual improvement. Therefore, within 2 years of the girl's first menstruation, the irregular menstrual cycle is relatively normal and can generally be adjusted and repaired autonomously. If the bleeding time is long and the bleeding is heavy, resulting in anemia, dizziness, palpitations and other symptoms, it means that the gonad axis is not yet fully developed and is easily affected by nutritional and mental factors.

2. Multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding in menopause: Among patients with anovulatory multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding, multifunctional abnormal uterine bleeding in menopause is more common, but organic diseases are also more common at this age, so pathological examination must be done.

Common disease causes

1. Whole body factors

This factor mainly includes poor psychological trauma, stress, malnutrition, endocrine and metabolic disorders such as zinc deficiency, anemia, aplastic anemia, blood diseases and bleeding diseases, diabetes, thyroid cysts and adrenal diseases.

2. Imbalance of action

The main causes of this disease include disordered reproductive hormone release, imbalanced feedback function, ovulation and corpus luteum dysfunction.

3. Iatrogenic factors

Normal hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal axis function and normal steroid hormone emergency contraception and IUD effects. Some systemic diseases, especially those of the central nervous system, can affect normal menstrual function through neuroendocrine transmission.
