5. Vaginal mucosal discoloration: In the early stages of pregnancy, the vaginal mucosa may become darker in color due to congestion. This will be determined by your doctor.

6. Easy to get tired: You may get tired easily in the early stages of pregnancy and often feel sleepy.

7. Frequent urination: In the third month of pregnancy, the bladder is compressed by the growing uterus, causing the bladder capacity to decrease, resulting in frequent urination.
