How to detect the best time for ovulation

I believe many people know that women have an optimal ovulation time. Only by mastering the optimal ovulation time can the chance of pregnancy be quickly and effectively promoted. So what method should we take to detect the best time of ovulation? Let’s discuss it together.

Usually, pregnancy is only possible if you have sex during ovulation. The right timing of sperm and egg combination is the primary factor for successful pregnancy. After a normal person ejaculates, sperm enters the uterine cavity and can survive for about 2 to 3 days, but its fertility can only be maintained for 1 to 2 days. Sperm that does not enter the uterine cavity and remains in the vagina will not survive for more than 1 day. In principle, only one ovary produces one egg per month. After being released, it quickly enters the fallopian tube to prepare for fertilization. If it does not meet sperm, it will lose the ability to conceive within 12 to 24 hours! As a result, how to accurately determine the time of ovulation becomes the primary task and one of the key issues for those who want to get pregnant.

Women's ovulation date is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. Counting from the first day of the next menstrual period, count down 14 days or subtract 14 days to get the approximate ovulation date. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after are called the ovulation period. For example, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days, and the first day of this menstrual period is December 2nd. Then the next menstrual period is December 30th (December 2nd plus 28 days). Subtract 14 days from December 30th, and December 16th is the ovulation day. The ovulation day and the 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation, that is, December 11-20th, are the ovulation period.

The 14th day after the first day of the last menstrual period is the ovulation day. The egg can survive in the body for about 2 to 5 days (usually 3 days), and the sperm can survive in the uterus for about 48 hours (up to 60 hours).

That is to say, if sperm enters two or three days before ovulation and survives until ovulation, it can be fertilized, and of course the number of days the egg survives after that is not important.

If the menstrual period is normal, the ovulation date will be at most two days off (the accuracy of this algorithm is 97%)

If your menstrual period is irregular, there is another algorithm for ovulation day, but the accuracy is lower.

Some women have normal menstrual periods, but women with special physical conditions (with no abnormal appearance) have no relative regularity in their ovulation periods.

Using a single method to measure ovulation is not very accurate. Be careful not to be misled and miss the best time to conceive.

There are currently six or seven most commonly used methods for measuring ovulation. In order to ensure accuracy and improve the pregnancy rate, it is recommended to use at least three methods and make a comprehensive judgment.

If the timing of ovulation is correct, it is possible to detect whether you are pregnant 10 days after having sex.

First use an early pregnancy test strip to test, or go to the hospital to check the blood β-HCG. It is generally believed that as long as the result is positive, there is a possibility of pregnancy, and the test value over 5 can be confirmed.

Through the introduction in the above article, I believe everyone has a general understanding of how to detect the best time of ovulation? If you want to get pregnant quickly and give birth to a new life, detecting the best time of ovulation can really help you get pregnant. Therefore, some friends who want to get pregnant may wish to take reasonable measures and go for testing.
