What are breast nodules?

Due to shyness, young women rarely go to the hospital for treatment even if they find cherry-sized, smooth, firm, clearly defined, easily irritated and painless lumps on their breasts. They think that massage or taking medicine can make them disappear on their own. But they don’t know that this kind of practice is very unreasonable.

The breast is one of the most common sites for tumors. Breast fibroids are the most common malignant breast tumors and are common in women aged 20 to 39. Normally, the patient may not feel anything because it does not hurt or only has mild swelling or dull pain. However, there is still a very small number of patients who may develop into breast cancer, so it cannot be ignored. Once discovered, regular maintenance is required, whether by taking medicine or undergoing surgery.

If middle-aged or elderly women in menopause feel a lump on their breast, they should go to the hospital immediately for medical treatment. This is because after ovarian decline, estrogen metabolism gradually decreases, especially after menopause. Breast fibroids are very rare, and the possibility of breast cancer needs to be highly suspected.

Generally it is divided into benign breast fibroadenoma, malignant breast cancer, and the most common one, which accounts for more than 95%, physiological breast hyperplasia. To find out which one it is, you should go to the relevant department for a thorough examination as soon as possible, such as B-ultrasound, blood test, and puncture pathology when necessary. The diagnosis can be made based on the results. If it is benign or physiological, this problem is not a big deal. You can usually take some Chinese medicine prescriptions, such as Pingxiao tablets, Xiaojin pills, Tiaoyang Yuantongbao, and Rupi Xiaojie. Generally, one of them will be enough. If you control it well for two months, it can be completely healed. If necessary, you can do a minimally invasive surgery in the hospital to remove it. If it is malignant breast cancer, it is very difficult to treat and the prognosis is not good. It needs active intervention as soon as possible.

How to avoid breast hyperplasia?

In recent years, breast diseases have become the killer of women's reproductive health. Breast lumps and breast pain are the most common symptoms of breast hyperplasia. There are also cases where excessive stress in daily life causes women to be irritable, angry, fearful, etc., or due to changes in living environment, which cause female friends' hormone imbalance and the probability of breast diseases is greatly increased. Therefore, how to prevent breast hyperplasia is a key task for every woman.

First, avoid health products

First of all, there are too many health products on the market, of various kinds, claiming to have different nutritional functions. In fact, health products can neither prevent breast hyperplasia nor directly treat breast hyperplasia. In this sense, taking them is useless. Estrogen is a "double-edged sword". It can indeed increase women's youth and beauty, but it also causes hyperplasia of squamous epithelial cells in the mammary glands. Use hormones with caution, such as emergency contraception, hormones for breast enhancement, and beauty devices containing estrogen, as they can cause endocrine disruption. Do not consume poultry raised with estrogen or food contaminated by the environment. Such as polluted water, crops, livestock, fish and eggs, etc., should be avoided as much as possible, and natural, fresh, diversified green organic foods should be chosen as much as possible.

Secondly, eat more alkaline foods to improve your acidic constitution.

Diet is a healthier way to prevent breast hyperplasia. So what should we eat to prevent breast hyperplasia? Studies have shown that cancer is not easy to occur in a weak alkaline body. If you can balance your pH value, the chances of getting cancer will be greatly reduced. Weakly alkaline foods include red beans, radishes, apples, cabbage, onions, and tofu; moderately alkaline foods include radish strips, soybeans, carrots, tomatoes, bananas, apples, oranges, strawberry sprouts, pickled plums, broccoli, etc.; strongly alkaline foods include red grapes, tea leaves, kelp shreds, and lemons.

Women over the age of 30 to 35 should have their breasts examined personally every 1 to 3 months, and have them examined by a doctor every six months.
