In the oral cavity, we should also see the "essence" through the enamel. The symptoms of pit and fissure caries are not obvious during the development process. What we see is just the tip of the iceberg. In fact, the caries of a small mouth with a large bottom will develop into deep caries or even pulpitis. Once you hit this "iceberg", the consequences will be disastrous! Therefore, in the process of oral hygiene maintenance, we must avoid unexpected encounters with the "iceberg". We need to master the correct brushing method to protect our teeth; we must consult a doctor regularly for oral prevention and treatment. In addition, we must eliminate the "iceberg" that may or has been encountered to avoid disasters, so we should do pit and fissure sealing and fluoride coating in time after the permanent teeth are fully erupted, and put on a strong "protective layer" for the teeth. When we find tooth decay, we should also ask the doctor to fill the teeth in time to prevent the iceberg from being rampant.
