Huawei: As of June 2021, the number of HarmonyOS 2.0 users has reached 30 million

In today's Huawei HarmonyOS UX design exchange, Huawei revealed that the number of Huawei HarmonyOS 2.0 users has reached 30 million. Huawei launched the new HarmonyOS 2.0 in early June 2021, and announced that many smartphones can be upgraded to the latest HarmonyOS 2.0.

The first batch of devices include Huawei Mate40 series, Huawei P40 series and Huawei Mate30 series smartphones. Tablets such as Huawei MatePad Pro will also be the first to upgrade to HarmonyOS 2.0.

Less than a week after its release, the number of users who upgraded to HarmonyOS 2.0 exceeded 10 million. This time, in just over a month, Huawei's HarmonyOS 2.0 users have reached 30 million.

Previously, Huawei said that at least 300 million devices will be equipped with HarmonyOS this year, of which 200 million will come from Huawei and the other 100 million will come from Huawei's partners. (Jingjing)

69 models upgraded to HarmonyOS 2.0

The 21st Century Business Herald reported on July 7 that according to Huawei, since HarmonyOS 2 was officially released and the upgrade started on June 2, it has now supported upgrades for 69 models.

Other data shows that among the first batch of devices that started the HarmonyOS 2 upgrade, Huawei's two newer models, Mate X2 and Mate 40 Pro, both performed well. Among them, Mate X2 had the highest user upgrade rate, reaching 32.82%, and the Mate 40 Pro upgrade rate also exceeded 30%.

IT Home learned that Huawei has previously announced that hundreds of Huawei mobile phones, tablets and other devices will start the HarmonyOS 2 upgrade one after another. Including HUAWEI Mate 40 series, Mate 30 series, P40 series, Mate X2, nova 8 series, MatePad Pro series and other devices.

Huawei has stated many times before that it expects at least 300 million devices to be equipped with the Hongmeng system by the end of this year, of which 200 million will be Huawei's own devices.
