The skin becomes red, itchy, and painful, and gradually worsens. After a few days, the center of the lump becomes loose, the surface skin becomes soft and undulating, and yellow-white spotted pus plugs appear on the top, which soon rupture and discharge thick blood and necrotic tissue. The pain immediately subsides and is relieved, and then the inflammation gradually disappears and heals.
