What causes dizziness in children during exercise? How to deal with dizziness in a 10-year-old child after exercise

Children have low immunity, so regular exercise is also a way to enhance their physical fitness and immunity. Some children feel dizzy after exercising for a while. In addition to hypoglycemia, other problems should also be considered. So how to deal with it?

Why do children feel dizzy during exercise?

The following types of people may experience dizziness when exercising at a high intensity and speed.

Malnutrition, physical weakness, insufficient Qi and blood, obesity, diabetes, hypoglycemia, low blood pressure, cervical spondylosis.

The above types of people do not exercise regularly. When they do strenuous exercise beyond their ability to bear, they will experience dizziness, and may even feel hungry, panic, cold sweats, weakness in the limbs, and tremors during exercise.

1. If a child feels dizzy during exercise, he/she should rest immediately and wait for about 10 minutes to see how he/she is. If the condition improves, take the child to the hospital for a blood sugar test to see what type of disease the child has, and then treat the symptoms accordingly.

If the child's examination results in the hospital show that he is malnourished, weak or lacks qi and blood, when he returns home, let him eat more food containing vitamin C and vitamin D to increase the nutritional content of calcium, zinc, iron, magnesium and other elements. You can also let your child get more sun exposure to enhance the body's absorption of calcium and enhance immunity.

If a child has cervical spondylosis, do not let him (her) do any exercise at first. Treat him (her) with massage and medication. After he (she) recovers, he (she) can exercise and do some light exercises.

If your child has: obesity, diabetes, low blood pressure, or hypoglycemia, you should pay attention to your diet, what you can eat, and what you can't eat. You should also pay attention to the transformation of these diseases. Obesity can turn into diabetes, and diabetes can cause hypoglycemia and hypotension.
