TCT is fine, how big is the biopsy lesion

There are many women around us who do TCT examinations because of gynecological diseases. The TCT examination method is relatively accurate. Therefore, if the examination shows symptoms, you should cooperate with the doctor for treatment in time to avoid more serious adverse effects due to delayed treatment. So why is there a change in the biopsy when the TCT is normal?

If the TCT test is normal, but a tumor is found during the puncture biopsy, it is generally considered an inflammation and requires immediate treatment. TCT is a scientific method for detecting cervical tumor cells. It mainly does acid-fast staining of the cells and then begins the examination after the cells are wiped off. However, cervical puncture biopsy directly removes the diseased tissue at the site of the tumor, and then performs a series of slice treatments. It is more accurate than TCT, and the result is clearer. If TCT is normal, but a tumor is found during the puncture biopsy, it may be that there is inflammation in the body and further regular examination and treatment are needed.

In fact, the TCT test is only the first step in the examination of cervical lesions. Generally speaking, the diagnosis of cervical lesions is divided into three steps, TCT, colposcopy and pathophysiological diagnosis. Although only pathophysiological diagnosis is truly credible for determining whether the cell tissue belongs to a lesion, the first copy of TCT still shows obvious advantages. If TCT shows a problem, then female friends should further undergo colposcopy or pathological diagnosis to accurately diagnose the condition. However, if the data of TCT examination shows that it is good, these examinations can be stopped.

This is all I have to say about TCT testing. I hope these can be of some help to female friends. The occurrence of cervical diseases has a very serious adverse effect on women's health. Therefore, in daily life, you should go for examination in time to detect the disease as soon as possible, treat it as soon as possible, and avoid aggravation of the disease.
