What does low-grade cin lesions mean?

I believe that everyone is familiar with cervical precancerous lesions. It is a very harmful gynecological disease. If infected, both the body and mind will suffer serious damage. Therefore, if you are infected with cervical precancerous lesions, you must seek medical treatment as soon as possible. If you know the early symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions, it is easy to detect them when they are infected. Cervical precancerous lesions are a common gynecological disease nowadays, and everyone must have a certain understanding of the symptoms of this disease.

1. What does mild cinosis mean?

Mild CIN lesions refer to CIN 1 grade lesions, which refer to mild cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, which is used to distinguish high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CIN 2 or CIN 3. Because the disease is mild, it is not easy to further develop into cervical cancer. The probability of developing cervical cancer is relatively small, about 60% can be cured spontaneously, and 30% further progress to high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Therefore, for mild cervical squamous intraepithelial degeneration, clinical medicine can first observe and adjust one's own immunity, and then go to the hospital for regular follow-up examinations. If further disease progression is detected, further treatment is required. If the results of colposcopy are unsatisfactory for older patients, especially postmenopausal patients, cervical leep and cone biopsy are recommended to further determine the level of cervical lesions if the cervical lesions are grade 1.

2. Symptoms of cervical precancerous lesions CIN1

1. Increased vaginal discharge. This is a symptom of most cervical cancer patients. When the symptom occurs, you need to pay attention. In the early stage, due to the presence of cancer, the metabolic function of the cervical glands is relatively hyperactive, resulting in mucous secretions. With the development of the cancer, necrosis and fall of cancerous tissues and secondary infection, the secretions become turbid, like rice washing water or pus with blood, and have a special odor.

2. Vaginal bleeding or some bloody secretions. Patients often have a small amount of vaginal bleeding after defecation. This is also one of the early symptoms. Those who experience vaginal bleeding after menopause should pay attention and it is best to go to the hospital for examination. Vaginal bleeding caused by cervical cancer is usually very irregular, usually a little at first and then more, sometimes more and sometimes less. Cauliflower-type bleeding occurs early and in large amounts. In the later stages, after the tumor erodes large blood vessels, it can cause fatal vaginal bleeding. Due to long-term repeated bleeding, patients often develop secondary anemia.

3. Pain is the main symptom of middle and late stage cervical cancer. The main cause of the pain is that the pelvic nerves are enlarged or squeezed by the tumor. If the obturator nerve, sacral nerve, great blood vessels or pelvic wall are fatigued, it can cause excruciating pain that sometimes radiates to the lower extremities.
