When blood stasis occurs, women's menstrual period will be mixed with blood clots, and many people will worry when seeing this. In fact, blood clots are pathological substances. Only by expelling turbid and dirty blood can the human body be healthier.

At this time, ladies should choose some foods that can not only benefit the skin, beautify the skin, but also replenish qi and blood, soothe the liver and regulate qi, adjust negative emotions, and are beneficial to the menstrual journey, such as cabbage, lean pork, lettuce, rice, duck eggs, lilies, golden loofah, winter melon, kelp shreds, sea cucumbers, carrots, radish, fungus, mushrooms, etc.
