(4) Glycogen is essential. Glycogen, as the most important source of mechanical energy, should be ensured to account for 55-60% of the total energy required, in order to save protein and make full use of it for better effects.

(5) Vitamins should be taken in moderation. Vitamins can regulate the basic metabolism of substances in the human body. The required amount is not large, but they are closely related to physical and mental health. During pregnancy, the need for vitamins increases, and the intake should be increased in the nutritional balance. However, excessive intake of fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K) may cause poisoning, which is not good for the fetus, so you should pay attention to moderate intake.

(6) Pay attention to reasonable nutritional combinations and balanced diet.

Because pregnant mothers need to provide a variety of nutrients to the fetus in their belly, they cannot lose weight too much. However, if pregnant mothers are really too fat and it affects their physical health and fertility, they can choose to eat small meals and adjust their balanced diet to achieve moderate weight loss.
