What's wrong with constipation and excessive vaginal discharge?

Discharge is not unfamiliar to women. It is a secretion unique to the female vagina. It is a mixture of secretions from the Bartholin's glands, cervical ducts, uterine walls, exudates from the vaginal mucosa, and fallen squamous epithelial cells in the vagina. Under normal circumstances, the amount of discharge is very small. But I believe that many women have excessive vaginal discharge, especially young women who are preparing for pregnancy. It is also very important to pay attention to this issue. So what is the reason for the increase in vaginal discharge? Is this normal?

Generally speaking, there are two reasons for excessive vaginal discharge: one is physiological reasons, and the other may be a gynecological disease. At this time, ladies who are preparing for pregnancy need to be careful.

1. Physiological reasons for increased leucorrhea

1. The secretion changes regularly

Physiological secretions are secretions produced by the female reproductive organs under the action of estrogen. Careful people will find that secretions also have regular changes. It may be more or less, thick or thin, and may change instantly with the physiological cycle. In summary, the amount of secretion is the highest during ovulation, and relatively less at other times. Around the time of ovulation, the level of estrogen in the ovaries gradually increases, causing the cervical mucus to become thinner and more transparent, and the secretions also continue to increase.

2. The relationship between secretion and menstrual period and ovulation period

Generally speaking, the day when the flocculent secretion is the thickest and most elastic is the ovulation period, and the chance of pregnancy is the highest if you have sex on that day (for more accurate results, you can use ovulation test strips to help judge). During menstruation, there is less vaginal discharge. After ovulation, the secretion will slowly decrease due to the metabolism of progesterone, and the "period" will come in about 10 days.

3. Physiological disorders, pregnancy, and birth control pills

In addition, some physiological phenomena such as physiological disorders, pregnancy, and contraceptives can cause excessive vaginal discharge, and the reasons are also related to changes in the body's estrogen levels.

The above conditions are normal physiological phenomena and there is no need to worry too much, but it is still recommended to pay more attention to basic care, diet and rest must be sufficient.

2. Increased leucorrhea may be caused by gynecological diseases

Normal leucorrhea is white, sticky and odorless. Although due to the influence of menstruation and other conditions, there will be temporary abnormalities in secretions, such as changes in amount and color, but if there are some abnormalities for a long time, you need to pay attention to gynecological diseases, such as uterine fibroids, cervicitis, and vaginitis. Some of the following abnormal symptoms occur:

1. Increased leucorrhea, milky white or light yellow, thick and odorless.

2. The secretion is clear and abundant, and the waist and limbs are sore and cold.

3. The leucorrhea is large in amount, slightly yellow, sticky, and has an odor, or the secretions are like tofu dregs and have an odor, and there is genital itching, frequent urination, and painful urination.

4. Thin reddish milky white stool, or thick, rancid and pungent smell, lower abdominal pain, persistent fever, yellow urine and constipation.

If you have the above symptoms, do not ignore it, you should check it out in time. It is recommended to see a doctor and take medicine according to the doctor's advice. Pay more attention to cleaning and wash your underwear frequently.
