1. Drink some brown sugar ginger water

This may be related to the old brown sugar you take. When buying old brown sugar, you must look at the ingredients clearly. It is not red old brown sugar, but must be granulated white sugar, which is the traditional old brown sugar. Such brown sugar ginger water is boiled in a stone pot for 30 minutes. You can add some jujube, wolfberry, etc., and then drink it. It will have the effects of replenishing qi and blood, strengthening the spleen and stomach, relieving pain, and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.

2. Eat some angelica boiled eggs

9 grams of Chuanxiong, 2 eggs, 6 dates, and an appropriate amount of brown sugar. Wash and tear the jujube, put all the ingredients into a stone pot, add water and bring to a boil, then simmer over low heat for about 30 minutes, and add some brown sugar when eating.

Chuanxiong is an important medicine for blood. It can nourish blood and qi, promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, warm the meridians and dispel cold, and relax the meridians. It can be used for recuperation of women's qi and blood deficiency, menstrual pain, amenorrhea due to deficiency of both qi and blood, sallow complexion, weakness and anemia.

3. Drink some rose tea

5 roses, 5 dates, appropriate amounts of dried longan and wolfberry. Wash the dust off the jujube, tear it apart, slightly wash the rose and wolfberry, shell the longan, put the ingredients in a cup, pour in boiling water, cover it and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Rose tea has the effects of promoting qi and relieving depression, promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, regulating menstruation and relieving pain. Girls with very little menstrual flow and those who have difficulty in menstruation can drink some rose tea appropriately to replenish yin, beautify the skin, regulate qi and blood, promote blood circulation, and relieve dysmenorrhea.

4. Drink some motherwort tea

20 grams of motherwort, appropriate amount of jujube and brown sugar. Put motherwort and jujube in two bowls, soak each for 30 minutes, pour the soaked motherwort into a casserole, bring to a boil, simmer for 30 minutes, filter with two layers of gauze, get 200g of medicine solution, which is the first decoction; add 500g of water to the residue, and boil in the same way as before, get 200g of medicine solution, which is the second decoction;

Pour the medicine into a pot, add dates and bring to a boil. Pour it into a basin, add brown sugar and let it melt. Then soak for 30 minutes. Motherwort can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, regulate menstruation, warm the meridians, invigorate qi and nourish blood, remove blood stasis and relieve pain. It can treat irregular menstruation, menstrual pain, liver depression and kidney deficiency and other symptoms. It is most suitable for those in the middle and late stages of menstruation with qi and blood deficiency and cold stagnation.
