What are the six types of triple-negative breast cancer?

Breast cancer is relatively common clinically and can occur at any age. There are clear levels of severity for breast cancer. In addition, there are some differences in the treatment methods and stages of different types of breast cancer. This also includes triple-negative breast cancer, which is very easy to metastasize, and it must be classified into types. So what are the six types of triple-negative breast cancer?

1. Triple-negative breast cancer is more common in premenopausal women. It is a type of breast cancer that is extremely malignant and easily metastatic, accounting for about 10%-20% of breast cancer. It mainly refers to breast cancer patients whose estrogen receptors, progesterone receptors and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 are all negative. According to molecular genetics, it can be divided into six major categories: the first category is estrogen receptor negative, progesterone receptor negative, and human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 negative. The second category, CK56 gene is positive and P63 gene is positive. The third category, CK56 gene is positive. The fourth category, CK14 gene is positive. Category 5, CK514 gene is positive. Category 6, PCD117 gene is positive. Triple-negative breast cancer has a poor prognosis, with a five-year survival rate of less than 5%, and is insensitive to breast cancer treatment methods.

2. Triple-negative breast cancer refers to breast cancer in which progesterone receptor, estrogen receptor and human epidermal growth factor receptor are all negative. The peak period of breast cancer recurrence is 1 to 3 years after surgery, and the recurrence is relatively rapid. But it has little to do with the size of the lymph node tuberculosis mass, it just has a higher chance of brain metastasis, and it has nothing to do with the size of the tumor for prognosis. Distant metastasis mainly occurs in liver and lung metastasis, brain and bone metastasis, etc. The histopathological typing of tumor cells is relatively poor, with multi-dimensional grade three or above, and it is easy to have some viral mutations or positive indicators of tumor markers.

3. In the field of clinical medicine, many classification standards have been developed based on the characteristics of triple-negative breast cancer. For example, many doctors will classify the disease as ordinary breast cancer, and some doctors will separate triple-negative breast cancer from normal ordinary breast cancer. Because the pathological characteristics of triple-negative breast cancer are more complex and the sensitivity to chemotherapy is also different, some doctors will divide the disease into two types: sensitive and non-sensitive. Triple-negative breast cancer is most likely to metastasize, mainly because of its strong clarity. Therefore, the treatment of this disease mainly adopts radiotherapy and chemotherapy. During the treatment, you must strictly follow the doctor's instructions and suggestions, and participate in radiotherapy and chemotherapy regularly. In addition, you must pay attention to a light diet, eat more nutritious foods, keep your mood comfortable and happy, avoid too much emotional fluctuations, take medicine on time, etc.
