When does a girl ovulate?

Basically every girl needs to go through menstruation and ovulation every month. The symptoms that girls experience during menstruation and ovulation are also very different. Generally speaking, if you have sex during ovulation, it will increase the probability of a girl getting pregnant. And for every girl, it is very important to learn how to calculate the ovulation period, so that you can determine whether the body is in the ovulation period.

1. Increased private secretions: Secretions are the most obvious physical sign of ovulation that we observe. During the ovulation period, the secretions in the private parts will continue to increase, and will be sticky and have an odor. Symptoms of female ovulation: During the ovulation period, the amount of secretions increases significantly, and is watery, transparent and clear. Women will feel their vulva is wet and slippery, and when wiping with toilet paper, there will be egg white-like strips of mucus. Symptoms of female ovulation: This vaginal discharge lasts for 2 to 3 days, and this period is the time when women are most likely to get pregnant.

2. Increased basal body temperature: In the first half of the menstrual cycle, the body temperature fluctuates below 36.6 degrees. After ovulation, the body temperature in the second half of the menstrual cycle is higher than in the first half, fluctuating between 36.6 and 37 degrees. The increase in body temperature indicates ovulation. The increase in body temperature is not an easy sign to find. During the ovulation period, the body temperature of women will be about half a degree higher than usual. Women who want to have a baby should develop the habit of measuring their body temperature and discover this pattern. Of course, don't be so confused that you think you have ovulation when you have a fever!

3. Slight bleeding when not in menstruation: Many women find that they have a small amount of bleeding when they are not in menstruation. If you can rule out inflammation and other diseases, don't be too nervous. It is usually ovulation bleeding, because female ovaries can not only ovulate, but also female endocrine organs. The fluctuation of hormone secretion during ovulation stimulates the uterus, which can cause slight uterine bleeding. Women at this time should pay attention to it and hurry up to have children!

4. Increased sexual desire and high energy: When ovulation comes, women usually become energetic and love to show off in order to successfully attract the opposite sex. Moreover, at this time, women's sexual desire is high. Women's sexual desire will be particularly strong during ovulation. This is a manifestation of the highest value of women's body signals that they want to get pregnant. Women don't need to feel embarrassed, this is a normal sign from the body~
