When is the ovulation period if the menstruation comes on the 11th?

The ovulation period is a relatively special stage for many couples. During this period, both parties are working hard to create life during this period, but sometimes they don’t have a clear grasp of the time of the ovulation period. So when is the ovulation period if the period comes on the 11th? I hope that after reading the following content, you will have a clear understanding of the ovulation period.

1. Menstrual period inference method

(1) For women with regular menstruation

Women's ovulation period is generally about 14 days before the next menstrual period. Starting from the first day of the next menarche, the last 14 days or minus 14 days is the ovulation period. The ovulation period plus the first 5 days and the last 4 days are called the ovulation period. For example, a woman's menstrual cycle is 28 days, and the first day of this menstruation is December 2nd. Then the next menstruation will be on December 30th (December 2nd plus 28 days). Subtract 14 days from December 30th, and December 16th is the ovulation period. The ovulation period, the 5 days before and the 4 days after, that is, December 11-20 is the ovulation period. For women with regular menstruation, the ovulation calculator is more accurate in calculating the ovulation period.

(2) For women with menstrual disorders

You can try using the ovulation calculation formula: the first day of ovulation = the shortest menstrual cycle minus 18 days; the last day of ovulation = the longest menstrual cycle minus 11 days.

For example, if the shortest menstrual period is 28 days and the longest is 37 days, you need to subtract 18 from the shortest regular period (28-18=10) and 11 from the longest regular period (37-11=26). Therefore, the 10th to 26th day after the menstrual period belongs to the ovulation period.

If a woman's menstrual cycle is irregular, with frequent delays or early menstruation, the calculated ovulation period will still be inaccurate. And because women's ovulation period will be affected by external conditions and change, therefore, for women with irregular menstruation, the most accurate way is to go to the hospital for ovulation monitoring, so as to accurately grasp the ovulation period.
