How to arrange sex during ovulation to get pregnant

Many couples want to increase the probability of conception when they want to have children. They need to pay attention to many situations, such as the date of ovulation, sexual positions, etc. These can greatly increase the probability of conception. How to arrange sexual intercourse during ovulation to achieve conception? In addition to the necessary conditions, the couple must also maintain a good attitude, which is the best.

How to arrange sex during ovulation to get pregnant most easily

1. Learn relevant knowledge about sexual reproduction, learn to monitor ovulation, and accurately calculate the ovulation period. Because the life span of an egg is very short, only 24 hours. The lifespan of sperm can reach more than 72 hours, but its optimal fertilization ability can only be maintained for 20 hours. Therefore, if you want to get pregnant, you need to have sex during the ovulation period so that the sperm and egg can be in the optimal state of maturity when they combine.

2. When having sex, adopt a posture that helps conception. If the man is on top and the woman is on the bottom, the woman should raise her legs and put a pillow under her buttocks. After the semen is ejaculated into her body, the woman should keep her legs raised for about half an hour.

3. Sexual life should be moderate during the pregnancy preparation period. Too frequent or too infrequent sexual intercourse is not conducive to pregnancy. In order to have children, some people rarely have sex at other times, but have frequent sexual intercourse during the ovulation period. This is not only not conducive to pregnancy but also to eugenics. Too frequent intercourse will reduce the number of sperm in the semen and make them immature. Therefore, if you want to conceive successfully, you should not have sexual intercourse too frequently, and it is best to have it every other day. However, if AA is not used for a long time, the sperm will over-mature and lose the ability to combine. After sperm is produced, it leaves the testicle and goes to the epididymis where it is temporarily stored. Once stored for too long, the sperm's motility will decrease, or even die and be absorbed. These will directly affect the smooth progress of the fertilization process.

4. Keep a happy and relaxed mood. You are eager to have children, or the pressure from relatives and friends makes you often anxious and nervous. Sometimes, you may not even realize that you are in this tension. Excessive mental stress and anxiety can cause a series of physiological changes that affect pregnancy, including decreased sperm production, ovulation disorders, and fallopian tube disorders. This problem is more prominent among couples over 30 years old.

Causes of non-ovulation

For women of normal childbearing age, ovulation usually occurs about two weeks before the next menstrual period. The main organs that control ovulation are the hypothalamus, pituitary gland, and ovarian axis. The reasons for non-ovulation are mostly due to problems with these organs or links. Women with these problems should pay more attention.

The specific reasons are as follows:

1. Ovarian diseases: including congenital ovarian dysgenesis, polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure, ovarian tumors, etc.

Polycystic ovary syndrome: often manifested as amenorrhea or infrequent menstruation, long-term anovulation, excessive androgen, and no cyclical fluctuations in estrogen. It is currently a major cause of anovulatory infertility.

Premature ovarian failure: Hypergonadotropic amenorrhea caused by ovarian failure that occurs before the age of 40 is called premature ovarian failure, accounting for about 20% to 28% of primary amenorrhea and 4% to 20% of secondary amenorrhea.

The above two diseases are the main causes of anovulation.

2. Dysfunction of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis causes anovulatory menstruation and amenorrhea: It is often caused by negative emotions such as tension, anxiety, anger, sadness, etc., which lead to brain dysfunction causing anovulation or abnormal ovulation, or anovulation caused by Sheehan's syndrome and hyperprolactinemia.

3. Systemic diseases: severe malnutrition, hyperthyroidism and other diseases can cause anovulation.
