Blurred vision during menstruation

Blurred vision during menstruation

If you find your vision blurred during your menstruation, don't panic too much, because there is no obvious connection between menstruation and the health of the eyes. It is likely that there is an abnormality inside the eye, which happens to occur during menstruation. Because women's resistance will decrease during menstruation, this situation can easily lead to the induction of disease, so it must be dealt with as soon as possible.

Eye pressure method

Close your eyes and gently press your eyeballs with the tips of your index, middle, and ring fingers, or you can rotate and rub them gently. Do not continue for too long or press too hard, stop after about 20 seconds.

Forehead pressing method

Use three fingers on each hand to rub from the center of the forehead toward the left and right temples, then press hard on the temples, using your fingertips to apply force. This will give you a comfortable feeling under your eyes. Repeat 3 to 5 times.

Press between eyebrows

Place the tip of your thumb on the depression below the base of your eyebrows and press or rotate gently. Repeat 3 times. Look into the distance, move your eyeballs to the right - up - left - down, and do not shake your head. In addition, blinking hard and closing your eyes can also eliminate eye fatigue. These methods can eliminate eye fatigue, give the eyes a full rest, stimulate the aging eye muscles, and restore vitality.

If you can combine the above methods, it will be more effective in relieving eyestrain. Experts say the best way to relieve eye strain is to give your eyes a rest, which can be done by talking on the phone with your eyes closed.

Rest your eyes

Don't work or study for long periods of time. If you work in front of the computer for 6-8 hours continuously, you should take a break every 2-3 hours. Have a cup of coffee, go to the bathroom, or just take your eyes off the computer for 10-15 minutes.

Diet care

You can eat more eye-protecting foods, such as lean meat, poultry, animal offal, fish and shrimp, milk, eggs, beans, etc. They are rich in protein, and protein is the main component of cells. The repair and renewal of tissues requires continuous replenishment of protein.

Adequate daily intake of vitamin A can also prevent and treat dry eyes. Vitamin A is an important source of vitality for the eyes. Eating more substances containing vitamin A can effectively resist symptoms such as eye fatigue, eye swelling or dry eyes. The best sources of vitamin A are the livers of various animals, as well as plant foods such as carrots, amaranth, spinach, leeks, green peppers, sweet potatoes, and fruits such as oranges, apricots, and persimmons. The content of vitamin A in chrysanthemum is very high and is easily absorbed by the human body. For computer users, chrysanthemum is an indispensable tool for maintaining normal vision and eye health.
