White particles on the girl's scalp

White particles on the girl's scalp

There are white particles on the girl's scalp, which is mostly due to dandruff. In fact, this situation will occur to almost everyone, but some people's situation will be very obvious. It will not only affect the overall aesthetics, but also make the patient feel particularly lacking in self-confidence. Therefore, targeted treatment should be carried out as soon as possible, and a relatively good living habit should be developed to ensure adequate sleep time.

Keratolytics

Keratin exfoliants can effectively remove a certain proportion of stratum corneum cells and relieve clinical symptoms to a certain extent. Such products include coal tar, sulfur and salicylic acid. Long-term use of such products will damage the epidermal structure, disrupt the epidermis' own balance, and affect hair quality.

Cell growth

Cytostatics mainly reduce the rate of stratum corneum cell replacement. As the length of the stratum corneum cycle is restored, the keratinization and desquamation processes are improved. However, many clinical experiments have shown that this type of drug cannot effectively control the clinical symptoms of dandruff. Moreover, its main ingredients are highly irritating, and the hair feels rough after use. It may also cause some cosmetic problems, especially for some sensitive skins, and there is an odor.

1. Good living habits, maintaining adequate sleep, a happy mood, and participating in more physical exercise are all beneficial to skin health. In addition, it is also necessary to arrange work and rest reasonably to minimize stress.

2. Adjust your diet and eat more alkaline foods, such as kelp and seaweed. Drink fresh milk, beans, fruits and other foods that can moisturize the hair regularly; eat more foods that clear away heat and detoxify; and eat less irritating and fried foods.

3. Reasonable hair washing Some people think that washing hair every day can wash away dandruff. In fact, excessive hair washing will reduce the thickness of scalp sebum and accelerate the secretion of sebum, which will naturally cause dry scalp and excessive dandruff. It is best to wash your hair every four to five days. Combs, pillows, and pillowcases should also be kept clean, and it is best not to use combs on each other.

4. Wash your hair properly. Pour the shampoo into your hands, add a little water and rub it into the foam and apply it to your hair. Try not to pour shampoo directly onto your hair, as the cleaning effect is far less effective than the previous method. If you want to get rid of dandruff more effectively, you must start with shampooing.

Wash your hair with warm water. First of all, washing your hair with cold water is difficult to achieve the purpose of cleaning, and secondly, it can cause headaches and dizziness. Overheated water can easily irritate the scalp and cause it to secrete excessive oil. Excessive sebum will cause the shed cells to attach to the scalp and turn into fine dandruff after drying. Therefore, it is recommended to wash your hair with warm water, around 20 degrees is best.
