Will my stomach hurt when I'm pregnant?

I believe everyone knows that women will experience many adverse reactions in their bodies after pregnancy, such as nausea and vomiting, insomnia, loss of appetite, or back pain, etc. Some women will experience abdominal pain after becoming pregnant. There are many reasons for this kind of pain. It may be caused by pregnancy reaction or it may be caused by disease. People need to pay special attention to this situation. Here we will introduce whether the stomach will hurt during pregnancy.

Generally, there will be no abdominal pain during pregnancy. Some patients will experience abdominal pain and sensitivity. Of course, abdominal pain is not necessarily caused by pregnancy. For example, if the patient has a history of unclean food, or has digestive system symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, and bloating, this may be caused by acute enteritis. If the patient experiences pain in the right lower abdomen, this may be pain caused by acute appendicitis, a common disease in general surgery. Since the patient is a female, we cannot rule out gynecological diseases, such as pelvic inflammatory disease, cervicitis, endometritis or ectopic pregnancy, which may cause other diseases in pregnant patients, and other diseases may also cause abdominal pain, so we cannot generalize.

If brown discharge occurs in the early stages of pregnancy without lower abdominal pain, it may be a sign of threatened abortion, embryonic arrest, ectopic pregnancy, hydatidiform mole, or biochemical pregnancy. At this time, you need to go to the hospital for an ultrasound examination to check the level of human chorionic gonadotropin in the blood. If B-ultrasound shows a normal gestational sac in the uterine cavity, and the fetal heart and fetal bud can be seen, and vaginal bleeding occurs, it may be caused by threatened abortion or cervical polyps or cervical inflammation, and active treatment should be sought. If you still can't see the fetal heartbeat or embryo by the 50th day of pregnancy, it means the embryo has stopped developing. If the HCG in the blood does not develop normally, it may be a biochemical pregnancy or an ectopic pregnancy.

During pregnancy, a pregnant woman's physical condition is different from before pregnancy. As time goes by, the uterus gradually enlarges and stimulates the bones, and the pregnant woman will feel pulling pain in the abdomen. Pregnant women begin to feel worried. In fact, they don’t need to worry too much, but it should not be ignored. If there is persistent pain accompanied by bleeding symptoms, pregnant women should remember to go to the hospital for examination. Pathological abdominal pain is a sign of miscarriage or a precursor of ectopic pregnancy.
