Will my lower back hurt during pregnancy?

Although a woman's belly is not very obvious in the early stages of pregnancy, due to the changes in hormones in the body, a series of pregnancy symptoms will appear on the woman's body. For example, cessation of menstruation and breast tenderness are all physical symptoms caused by pregnancy. Some women who are preparing for pregnancy often feel back pain, so will they have back pain before pregnancy?

My waist is sore, am I pregnant?

In the early stages of pregnancy, there will be symptoms of lower back pain and general fatigue. The symptoms in the early stages of pregnancy are discovered by women themselves based on their feelings or their own physiological conditions.

1. Cessation of menstruation: This is the most common sign of pregnancy that most people notice. As long as a woman is of childbearing age and has normal menstruation, she may be pregnant if her period stops for more than two weeks after sexual intercourse. But not having your period does not mean you are pregnant. There are many reasons for not having your period, such as poor ovarian function, abnormal hormone secretion, busy work, stress from exams, etc., which can all cause late menstruation. Therefore, it is best to get a doctor's diagnosis, which is the safest.

2. Frequent feeling of nausea and vomiting: Almost all pregnant women in the early stages of pregnancy often feel nausea and vomiting, especially at the beginning of the day. These symptoms vary from person to person, and some people have very mild symptoms, while others have very severe symptoms. Unless you have severe nausea and vomiting, you don't need to see a doctor. Otherwise, these are normal phenomena in early pregnancy.

3. Breast pain, swelling and itching: Breast pain, swelling and itching are physiological phenomena in early pregnancy. In addition, there will be other changes such as darkening of areola color, obvious veins under the breast skin, and obvious protrusion of nipples.

4. Easy to get tired: You may get tired easily in the early stages of pregnancy and often feel sleepy.

5. Vaginal mucosal discoloration: In the early stages of pregnancy, the vaginal mucosa may become darker in color due to congestion. This will be determined by your doctor.

First of all, adjust your mindset and keep a happy mood.

Do proper housework and physical exercise; do not wear high heels, wear loose and comfortable clothes, preferably cotton, pay special attention to breast care, wear a loose and soft bra, protect the nipples, if you have inverted nipples, you should insist on lifting the nipples several times a day in the late pregnancy to swell them, prepare for postpartum breastfeeding, keep the milk secretion clean and dry in the late pregnancy, do not squeeze; stay away from radiation, electromagnetic radiation, cats, dogs and other pets to avoid colds; quit bad habits such as smoking and drinking, and eat less caffeinated foods such as coffee, tea and cola.
