How to treat cervical erosion

Cervical erosion is a common gynecological disease. If this disease is not treated in time, it will cause great harm to women's health. Most women do not know much about cervical erosion. Although there are many methods to treat cervical erosion, everyone must go to a professional and regular hospital for treatment and choose a treatment method that suits them. Don't take medication blindly.

Treatment of 3rd degree cervical erosion:

1. Drug treatment is the most convenient and commonly used method for women, but not all symptoms can be treated with drugs. Drug treatment is only suitable for patients with smaller erosion areas and shallower inflammatory infiltration. Antibiotics can be applied topically.

2. Physical therapy is now widely used in major hospitals. It is a widely used treatment method with the advantages of short treatment course and good efficacy. It is suitable for patients with larger erosion area and deeper inflammatory infiltration. Commonly used methods include electric ironing, laser therapy, and cryotherapy.

3. For patients who have not seen improvement or even no effect from the above treatments, or who have cervical hypertrophy, or deep and extensive erosion that involves the cervical canal, cervical conization or total hysterectomy may be considered. However, surgical treatment is rarely used nowadays.

4. What is the best way to treat third degree cervical erosion? Currently, the best method is LEEP knife: actually it is cervical circumcision, so it is aimed at patients with more severe cervical erosion. It uses high-frequency electric waves generated by the tip of the electrode. After contacting the body, due to the impedance of the tissue itself, it absorbs this high-frequency electric waves and instantly generates high heat to complete the treatment of cervical erosion. The advantage is that very fine surgical effects can be achieved. It will not cause tissue pulling or carbonization and will cause little damage to surrounding tissues.

What to eat for cervical erosion

1) The diet should be light and avoid eating irritating foods such as mutton, shrimp, crab, eel, salted fish, and black fish.

2) Eat more lean meat, chicken, eggs, quail eggs, crucian carp, turtle, white fish, cabbage, asparagus, celery, spinach, cucumber, winter melon, mushrooms, tofu, kelp, seaweed, fruits, etc.

3) You can eat some Yin-nourishing foods and take Qi-replenishing and blood-replenishing medicines.

4) Protein is an important component of antibodies. If it is insufficiently consumed, the body's resistance will be reduced. Within half a month after the operation, 1.5 grams to 2 grams of protein should be given per kilogram of body weight, and the daily amount is about 100 grams to 150 grams. Therefore, you can eat more chicken, lean pork, eggs, milk, beans, and bean products.

5) On the basis of a normal diet, appropriately limit fat. Within one week after surgery, fat should be controlled at around 80 grams per day. People with menstrual disorders should avoid eating irritating foods, such as chili peppers, wine, vinegar, pepper, ginger, etc. These foods can stimulate congestion of the sexual organs and increase menstrual volume. They should also avoid eating cold foods such as crabs, snails, and clams.

6) After cervical erosion surgery, patients often sweat easily due to weak body. Therefore, water should be replenished in small amounts and multiple times to reduce water evaporation; more water-soluble vitamins are excreted in sweat, especially vitamin C, vitamin B1, and vitamin B2, so you should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits. This also helps prevent constipation.
