Why is menstrual period pink?

Menstruation can often reflect women’s health problems in a timely manner. Generally speaking, menstrual blood is a mixture of blood and some shed endometrium, cervical mucus and vaginal secretions. Insufficient Qi and Blood

1. Massage and conditioning

3. Diet adjustment

Women with qi and blood deficiency should pay attention to strengthening nutrition and eat more nourishing foods, such as black-bone chicken, black sesame, walnut meat, longan meat, chicken, pig blood, pig liver, red beans, red dates, etc.
