Inflammation stimulates mucosal hyperplasia

Inflammation stimulates mucosal hyperplasia

Many women are troubled by gynecological diseases. When gynecological diseases recur, they should also consider the possibility of related diseases such as cervical hyperplasia or cervical cancer. Cervical hyperplasia is caused by chronic inflammation of the cervix. If not treated in time, it will affect women's reproductive function. Cervical hyperplasia is often manifested as cervical inflammation stimulating the proliferation of the body's mucosa, and vaginal secretions will also increase abnormally.

1. Cervical hyperplasia is a type of hypertrophy caused by chronic cervical inflammation. Cervical hyperplasia requires anti-inflammatory treatment. The cause of cervical hyperplasia is the result of repeated chronic cervicitis. If the condition is serious, it may have a certain impact on pregnancy, so patients with cervical hyperplasia need timely treatment.

2. Cervical hypertrophy and hyperplasia is a type of chronic cervicitis. Inflammatory changes caused by pathogens infecting the cervical mucosa. The pathogens that cause cervical hypertrophy include mycoplasma, chlamydia, bacteria, and viruses. It is recommended that you go to the hospital's gynecology department to have a cervical secretion examination and receive symptomatic treatment based on the examination results. If necessary, a cervical TCT examination can be performed to rule out early cervical cancer. Simple cervical hypertrophy will not affect pregnancy, but severe cervicitis can cause endometritis, salpingo-oophoritis, fallopian tube adhesions and blockage, leading to infertility.

3. Chronic inflammation and long-term stimulation cause cervical congestion and edema, and hyperplasia of cervical glands and stroma. Cervical hypertrophy generally does not require treatment. Daily private part care should use a pH 4 weakly acidic feminine care solution, such as Jiaoyan feminine care solution. (2) Mucus retention may occur deep in the cervical glands, forming cysts of varying sizes. Sometimes it can be 2 to 4 times larger than a normal cervix, and the surface of the cervix can be smooth or eroded. The texture of the cervix is generally hard, which is caused by the hyperplasia of fibrous connective tissue.

4. When the cervix is acutely inflamed, the cervix becomes congested and hematoma-tender, painful to the touch, with a large amount of yellow purulent secretions flowing out of the vagina and lower abdominal distension and pain. If the inflammation spreads to the pelvic cavity, there may be pain in the lumbar region and a feeling of falling.

5. When the disease turns into a chronic disease, the cervix will have erosion, hypertrophy and other lesions, and the vaginal secretions will increase and appear white or yellow. The pain may be worse before or after your period, during bowel movements, or after sexual intercourse.
