Many women worry that they are pregnant with hydatidiform mole. Once a hydatidiform mole occurs, it will endanger women's health if it is not treated in time. Therefore, it is very important for women to have regular prenatal checkups during pregnancy so that they can know whether it is a hydatidiform mole earlier. Generally speaking, hydatidiform mole actually has some symptoms, and you can judge it based on the symptoms. What are the three major pathological characteristics of hydatidiform mole? Hydatidiform mole is mainly divided into complete hydatidiform mole and partial hydatidiform mole, and their pathological characteristics are different. During gross examination, complete hydatidiform mole will produce blister-like objects, which are of different sizes, but these blisters fill the entire uterus. There are particularly fine cellulose between the blisters that connect them. However, we cannot find the fetus or the placenta among these blister-like objects. During microscopic examination, we found that the villous stroma in the uterus would be highly edematous. At the same time, some trophoblastic cells would proliferate to varying degrees. Moreover, we could not find any blood vessels related to the fetus in the stroma. During gross examination, partial hydatidiform mole also has very obvious pathological characteristics. For example, we will find that some villi will appear as blisters, but there are still some normal villi, and we can see some objects such as the placenta. Under microscopic examination, unlike complete hydatidiform mole, partial hydatidiform mole will only have edema of some villi and only slight proliferation of trophoblastic cells; at the same time, we can see some blood vessels related to the fetus in the interstitium, as well as objects such as embryos and fetal membranes. In general, a partial mole is a much milder condition than a complete mole. The main pathological features of hydatidiform mole 1. Vaginal bleeding after menopause. Many patients report that irregular vaginal bleeding occurs a few months after the onset of the disease. The amount is small at the beginning and it is easy to be misdiagnosed as miscarriage. The initial amount is small, but it will gradually increase and easily cause shock. 2. When the molar pregnancy grows rapidly, the uterus expands rapidly and can cause lower abdominal distension and pain. This is because when the hydatidiform mole is about to be expelled, the uterus will shrink rapidly, causing the pain of falling. 3. The uterus will suddenly become soft, and due to villous edema and hematoma in the uterine cavity, the uterus of most patients with hydatidiform mole is larger than the normal pregnancy uterus of the corresponding month, and the texture is softer. What are the precautions for hydatidiform mole? 1. Pay attention to rest. Only with good rest can the body's immunity be improved, which is conducive to recovery from the illness. On the contrary, the body's immunity will decrease, and all kinds of diseases will come knocking on your door. 2. Drinking more hot water can speed up the body's metabolism and promote recovery from illness. 3. Eat less spicy food and more light food. For example, things like vegetables and fruits, you can also eat some nutritious foods on a daily basis. |
