Pregnant women are not suitable to be in an environment with many toxins and high radiation for a long time to prevent fetal malformations. This is also a common cause of infant deformity in recent years, and female friends should pay great attention to it.

3. Pay more attention to rest

Pregnant women should rest more during pregnancy and try to avoid high-intensity exercise and workload. If they experience symptoms of weakness in the limbs or dizziness, they can eat more foods containing electrolytes. In addition, eat more fruits and vegetables to supplement the vitamins in the body.
