Are big breasts hereditary?

Are big breasts hereditary?

Many girls hope to have plump breasts, which will make them very confident. However, some women have gigantic breasts, which means their breasts are too plump and particularly enlarged. This is an abnormal phenomenon and a manifestation of a disease. It can easily cause adverse effects on women. There are many causes of gigantic breasts, including congenital reasons and some acquired factors.

Macromastia

Gigantomastia, also known as breast hypertrophy, large breasts or giant breasts, refers to the excessive development of female breasts, including excessive proliferation of glandular and adipose connective tissue, abnormal size, and obvious disharmony with the body. Chest pressure, chronic mastitis, pain, soreness and heaviness in the shoulders, and erosion of the skin under the breasts may occur.

Gigantic breast disease is more common in adolescent girls or young women, often occurring on both sides, and occasionally limited to one side. Excessive breast enlargement is caused by the abnormal sensitivity of glandular and fatty connective tissue to estrogen. Genetic factors are also one of the relevant factors. Many patients with giant breasts avoid socializing and develop a morbid mentality due to their ugly body shapes, so breast reduction surgery has both therapeutic and cosmetic significance. The ideal breast reduction surgery should take into account both appearance and function. In addition, macromastia should be differentiated from breast tumors.

What to do if breasts are too large?

1. Do physical exercise regularly

If your breasts are too large, you need to do adequate and comprehensive physical exercise to reduce body fat. At the same time, you should do more strength exercises for your chest muscles to consume excess fat in your chest. In addition to doing push-ups and other exercises to strengthen the chest muscles, you should also do the following bodyweight exercises:

(1) Slowly raise your arms from the front to the top, then slowly lower them from the front. Do this 20 to 30 times each time (or do your best, there is no limit). The upper body should be straight, the arms should be straight, the shoulders should be natural, and there should be a feeling of lifting the chest muscles.

(2) Bend your elbows toward your shoulders and slowly circle from front to back, upward, backward, and downward. Do this 8 to 10 times, then circle in the opposite direction. The upper body and head should be kept upright.

(3) Bend your elbows and place your arms in front of your chest. Push up with your right hand as slowly as possible and lift your right heel. Lower your right hand and right heel to the original position. Push up with your left hand and lift your left heel. Repeat this 20 to 30 times in total (or as much as you want, until your chest and arm muscles become sore).

After completing the above bodyweight exercises, you must do full body relaxation exercises.

2. Massage

Massage your breasts with salt water while showering every day, using moderate force that does not cause pain. The specific massage techniques are as follows:

(1) Grasping and kneading

Grab the right breast with your left hand. Make sure to use your five fingers to hold the entire chest in place. Avoid prolonged pressure that causes the chest to expand and sag. Use your fingers to pinch and push inward. Continue massaging for 5 minutes, then switch to your right hand to massage your left breast, and continue for 5 minutes.

(2) Rotating massage

Grasp the chest with your left hand from above, and use your five fingers to rotate around the outside of the chest, kneading the chest inwards. Continue to massage your chest with your right hand for 5 minutes.

(3) Lifting massage

Grab the chest on the same side with both hands, push upward and center, push to the highest point and stay for 30 seconds, repeat 10 times.
