4. When cleaning the vulva every day, it is more appropriate to use a feminine care solution with a weak acid formula. It is best not to use clean water or soap to clean the vulva, and avoid scratching with your hands or instruments.

5. Eat less spicy food.

6. Pay attention to hygiene during sexual intercourse to avoid sexually transmitted diseases.

What to eat for vaginal itching:

1. Kelp and mung bean porridge. 30 grams of kelp, 30 grams of mung beans, appropriate amount of white sugar, and 100 grams of polished rice.
