The supine position is most sensitive to the pain of uterine contraction, so they should adopt the side-lying position with the body at an angle of 20-30 degrees to the bed, and put a quilt or blanket behind their back to reduce the vibration and pulling pain of the incision when the body moves.

3. During the rest period, the mother should avoid lying on her back for a long time. She should alternate between lying on her side and lying on her back. You can start lying on your stomach 2 weeks after delivery, 1 to 2 times a day, each time for about 15 minutes.
