Is sweating after induction of labor good or bad?

Every woman wants to give birth to a healthy baby smoothly after pregnancy, but many women will have many problems in their bodies after pregnancy. If the situation is serious, sometimes they need to terminate the pregnancy. But some women often sweat after giving birth. So, is sweating after induced labor good or bad?

Sweating after an abortion is normal and not a bad thing. People often sweat a lot after abortion. The main reason is that the blood flow in the body increases during pregnancy. After abortion, the pregnancy is terminated, and the excess blood flow will be discharged from the body in the form of sweat. This is a normal physiological process.

Common problems after induction of labor

1. After induced abortion, pay attention to any signs such as vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, fever, chills, etc. If vaginal bleeding lasts for more than 1 week, seek medical attention immediately.

2. Improving nutrition and getting enough rest are essential. For a woman who has undergone induced abortion, it is equivalent to giving birth to a child. Don't participate in physical activity too early, otherwise, it is easy to fall into the problem of "uterine prolapse". You should rest for at least ten days. At the same time, you should pay attention to avoid cold and fever to promote the body to recover as soon as possible. It is generally recommended to wash your hair with warm water 2 weeks after the abortion surgery.

3. Take measures to stop breastfeeding immediately. After a miscarriage or induced labor, due to the adjustment of hormones in the body, the brain will temporarily secrete a lactogen to stimulate the body to produce milk. Therefore, after abortion, you should immediately take measures to stop milk production. You can take vitamin B26 orally, 200 mg each time, 3 times a day, for 3 consecutive days, or drink it as a soup made from fried malt. For women who secrete too much milk, they can go to the hospital for a milk-reducing injection or use Chinese herbal medicine to reduce milk secretion.

4. Keep the vulva clean and hygienic after induced abortion to prevent infection.

5. It is not suitable to have sexual intercourse or take a sitz bath within one month after induced abortion to prevent the growth of bacteria and infection, which will be detrimental to the woman's physical recovery.

6. Pay attention to contraceptive measures when resuming sexual intercourse. Because women's uterus and ovaries will resume ovulation about 30 days after abortion, women should take effective contraceptive measures once they resume their sexual life to prevent pregnancy again.
