The vagina has buds

In life, many people ignore some diseases of the private parts. For example, when a bud grows on the vagina, no one will take it seriously. In fact, in this case, it is very likely that you are suffering from a disease called genital warts. People who are not familiar with genital warts may not know its harm. In fact, if the patient does not receive timely treatment, it is likely to cause fertility problems for the patient.

Genital warts, also known as condyloma acuminatum, genital warts or venereal warts, are a sexually transmitted disease caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and characterized by proliferative lesions in the anal and genital area. Most cases occur in young and middle-aged people aged 18 to 50. The disease occurs after an incubation period of about half a month to eight months, with an average of three months. This disease is relatively common and is mainly transmitted through sexual contact.

What are the dangers of accidentally contracting genital warts?

1. The occurrence of cervical cancer is closely related to human papillomavirus. According to statistics, 4.7% to 10.2% of cervical warts can develop into cancer. Other scholars have pointed out that 15% of penile cancers are caused by venereal warts; 5% of female vulvar cancers and 5% of anal cancers are secondary to venereal warts.

2. There is a close relationship between genital warts and genital cancer. It has been reported that 5% to 10% of genital warts on the vulva, cervix and perianal area may change and develop into carcinoma in situ or invasive cancer after a period of time. It was also found that 15% of penile cancer and 5% of female vulvar cancer occurred on the basis of original genital warts. Laboratory studies have also further demonstrated that there is a causal relationship between HPV, genital warts and genital cancer.

3. Genital warts recur repeatedly and are difficult to control. Sometimes the pain is severe, which causes the patient to have too heavy a mental burden and develop psychological disorders (fear of cancer, fear of infecting sexual partners, avoiding sexual life with sexual partners, unwillingness to interact with the opposite sex, leading to sexual dysfunction), affecting family harmony and even causing depression.

The harm of genital warts to the human body is undoubtedly physical and mental damage, followed by an increased economic burden. If you suffer from genital warts, you must seek timely treatment. If you have any questions, you can consult an expert.
