On this day, the number and quality of eggs released by the ovaries are the best. However, some women will bleed during the ovulation period. So how can you determine that it is ovulation bleeding?

During the period between two regular menstrual cycles, that is, the ovulation period, the estrogen level drops temporarily due to ovulation, causing the endometrium of some women to lose the support of estrogen, resulting in endometrial shedding and causing regular vaginal bleeding, which is called ovulation bleeding. Traditional Chinese medicine calls it "intermenstrual bleeding."

In this case, it is suspected that you have your period. If you take emergency contraceptive pills, it will force the endometrium to be exfoliated, causing bleeding. It is recommended that you go to the hospital for a B-ultrasound examination.

If your menstruation is regular, ovulation is usually about fourteen days before the next menstrual period. If your menstruation comes on October or 22, ovulation is around the 8th. If you take birth control pills on the 10th and have bleeding on the 15th, it should be the withdrawal bleeding caused by oral contraceptives.

It might be ovulation bleeding. This type of bleeding is small in amount and short in duration, does not require special treatment, and will usually disappear on its own.

It is recommended to have an ultrasound examination to detect the development of follicles to determine whether ovulation has occurred. If you are menstruating, taking emergency contraceptive pills will cause menstrual disorders. If you have already taken them, eat more fruits to supplement vitamin C to reduce side effects.

If the amount of bleeding during ovulation is heavy, it is recommended to use progesterone to adjust the cycle. . Or check your hormones first to see what's going on.
