Complete guide to female enema: steps and processes

Enema is a very common medical technique. Enema is to inject the enema water tube into the anus for exchange, so as to achieve the therapeutic effect. Warm water is needed during enema. Generally, glycerin, table salt, saline and warm water are mainly used together for enema. The whole process is relatively painful, because after all, something is injected into the anus, but it has a certain therapeutic effect on the body.

Enema is a method of inducing defecation by inserting the anal canal through the anus and injecting warm water, warm salt water or glycerin.

Enema solution: 2000-3000 ml of warm saline; or 500-1000 ml of warm water; or 75 ml of liquid soap water added to warm boiled water to 1000 ml.

Suppositories: such as glycerin and enema. It can not only soften fecal masses, but also stimulate the tension receptors of the rectal mucosa, reflexively causing intestinal peristalsis and promoting defecation.

Simple method to induce bowel movement: Use a pickle bar or soap bar, about 3-5 cm long, insert it into the anus, keep it for a few moments, and bowel movement will be achieved. It is said that Zhang Zhongjing figured out a way to use honey to help patients defecate.

He put honey in a copper bowl, then placed it on the fire and boiled it slowly, stirring it as he went along. When the honey became thick, he let it cool a little to form a solid substance. Then he made one end into a pointed shape and inserted the pointed end into the patient's anus. After a while, the honey began to soften with the patient's body temperature, which resulted in a local lubricating effect, allowing the patient to expel a large amount of dry and smelly stool, and the patient immediately recovered by almost half. The patient's illness was cured, and the new treatment method invented by the medical saint Zhang Zhongjing, "honey-fried prescription", was also passed down.

The only difference is that the medicines used now have been expanded to include nutritional supplements, heat-clearing and detoxifying, and anti-inflammatory drugs. Although the two methods use different instruments, their mechanisms are the same.
