②Bound Angle Pose: a. Sit with your knees bent and the soles of your feet close together, close to the perineum. Clasp your hands together, hold your toes, keep your spine straight, and look forward. b. Exhale, bend forward and bring your face close to your toes. If possible, try to place your chin on the yoga mat. Hold this pose for half a minute to one minute and breathe normally.

③Cat-Cow Pose: a. Kneel with arms and thighs perpendicular to the ground, and back, face, and neck parallel to the ground. b. Exhale, slowly pull down the tailbone and head, arch the back, retract the lower abdomen, and look at the tightened lower abdomen. c. Inhale, slowly raise your head, pull your tailbone upward, and press your lower abdomen towards the ground. Repeat 8-10 times and relax.

④Cobra pose 1: Lie prone, straighten your legs, toes back, and place your palms near your pelvis; inhale, press the ground with both hands, lift your torso, and stay for two breaths; straighten your elbows, face your chest forward, and pull your shoulder blades toward the ceiling, hold for 20 seconds, and breathe normally; exhale, relax and return to the yoga mat.

⑤ Bow pose: a. Lie prone with your abdomen against the yoga mat, face down, arms stretched back, palms facing up; b. Exhale, bend your knees, raise your arms, and grab your ankles. c. Now exhale completely, lift your knees and legs off the yoga mat, and at the same time lift your chest off the yoga mat; raise your head and lean back as far as possible, with your abdomen supporting the entire weight of your body. Hold this pose as long as you can for 20-60 seconds.

Note: When lifting your legs, do not bring your knees together, as this will not allow you to lift your legs high enough. When your legs have been fully stretched upward, bring your legs, knees, and ankles together. Also, your breathing will speed up as your abdomen stretches, but don't worry.
