How to treat women's skin that is oily on the outside and dry on the inside

Oily skin on the outside and dry skin on the inside is related to improper daily conditioning and poor development of the stratum corneum. At this time, you should make timely adjustments. First of all, you should not over-wash your face. You should take good care of the stratum corneum and moisturize it. You should also pay attention to the choice of oil-control products. You should not choose products with excessive oil control to avoid an imbalance of oil and water.

1. Don’t over-wash your face

A lot of oily skin is caused by excessive cleansing. Excessive cleansing destroys the stratum corneum structure and causes the skin's moisture retention to decrease. Dry skin will lead to excessive secretion of oil glands, making the skin more oily, resulting in a condition of oily outside and dry inside.

2. Carefully care for the stratum corneum

Don’t think that you can keep your face fresh by washing it frequently or using a lot of oil-absorbing papers. You should control oil secretion from the first skin care product. Be gentle when washing your face, and protect the stratum corneum while removing dirt.

3. Deep degreasing once a week

Giving your skin an oil-removing mask cleansing once a week will prevent oil and dirt from accumulating in the pores and causing acne problems. Many girls are troubled by blackheads. In addition to using nose patches, cleansing masks are also a good tool for removing blackheads.

4. Oil control products make your skin less shiny

Although I had done the basic cleansing and moisturizing work, after a morning, my refreshing skin was once again dominated by greasy feeling. After cleansing, use oil-control lotion to prime the skin. Then use oil-control products for oily T-zone to balance the water and oil in the skin, which can slow down the rate of oil secretion and even hide the pores.

The health of the skin is closely related to the stratum corneum. When the stratum corneum is underdeveloped and lacks the moisturizing substances in the middle, the skin will become dry. If a person is naturally nervous or has poor sleep quality, once he is nervous, the sympathetic nerves will be overexcited and the arrector pili muscles will contract improperly, which will press out the oil in the sebaceous glands and cause an oily face. This is what we often call the skin condition of being oily on the outside and dry on the inside.
