How to regulate women’s uterine cold?

Gonghan means that the female uterus is cold. Uterine cold refers to diseases such as abdominal pain, difficulty in getting pregnant, irregular menstruation, etc. that women experience due to body coldness and other reasons. There are many causes of uterine cold, such as a preference for cold food, a natural constitution, or rapid weight loss. Severe uterine cold can even lead to infertility. So, how should women regulate their uterine cold? Next, I will teach you some methods to regulate uterine cold.

1. Apply the mugwort warming paste externally. It contains pure essence of traditional Chinese medicine, which can penetrate the surface of the skin, promote blood circulation in the uterus and bring out a good complexion for women.

2. Safflower warming egg: take an egg, make a hole in it, put in 1.5g of safflower, stir well and steam until cooked. Start taking it on the second day of menstruation, take one pill a day for 9 consecutive days, then wait until the second day of the next menstruation to start taking it again, and continue taking it for 3 to 4 menstrual cycles. It can disperse blood stasis and warm the uterus.

3. Bird's nest porridge. Bird's nest is both nutritious and mild, and can gently regulate your body. Sister Feng in A Dream of Red Mansions did not know how to take care of herself when she was young, and she became weak and frail after having a miscarriage. She slowly nursed back to health by eating bird's nest porridge and a light diet. We can add some more ingredients, soak the bird's nest in clean water, wash and drain, put it into the stewing pot together with lily and snow pear (with skin), cover the pot and simmer on low heat for 45 minutes, and add honey when eating.

4. Palace Warming Uterus Soup. This food can warm the yang energy of the lower body and was often used as a monthly medicinal meal for concubines in the Qing Dynasty. The ingredients are 0.5 grams of deer antler powder, 1 cordyceps sinensis, 1 egg, and a little salt. Steam them together into egg custard and it can be eaten. Long-term consumption can regulate the coldness of the uterus.

5. Red ginger tea: take 50 grams of brown sugar (can be increased or decreased according to personal taste), 4 slices of peeled ginger, and cook on low heat for four to five minutes. Drink it for a few days during menstruation. I usually drink it about once a week. If you persist for a long time, the symptoms of uterine cold will be alleviated.

6. Strengthen exercise and increase blood circulation. You can drink or decoct astragalus, jujube, or angelica in water to replenish qi and regulate blood, so that both qi and blood are abundant. This is also an effective way to expel uterine cold.
