What are the causes of mild cervical erosion?

Speaking of cervical erosion, I believe many women are familiar with it. Cervical erosion is a disease inside the female uterus, which usually occurs in married women. Marital cervical erosion not only brings troubles to women in life, but is also very bad for the body. If not treated in time, the condition may become serious. So what is the cause of mild cervical erosion?

Cervical erosion is not an independent disease, but a manifestation of chronic cervicitis. Childbirth, miscarriage, infection, surgical operations, etc. can cause cervical erosion. Sexual intercourse can also cause a certain degree of damage to the cervix, thus causing symptoms. Mild cervical erosion can be treated symptomatically with medication first.

The common causes of cervical erosion are as follows:

1. Unclean sexual life: Normal sexual life is beneficial to women's health, but if you do not pay attention to sexual hygiene, the bacteria will be brought into the vagina. During sexual intercourse, the penis has direct contact with the cervix, and the bacteria will directly infect the cervix. For patients with cervical erosion, unclean sexual life will aggravate the scope of cervical erosion. Therefore, the external genitalia should be cleaned before and after sexual intercourse.

2. Multiple artificial abortions: Premarital sex is now very common, which leads to an increase in unwanted pregnancies. After an unwanted pregnancy, women often have abortions. However, repeated abortions can cause varying degrees of damage to the female cervix, which can easily lead to bacterial infection and cause cervicitis. In daily life, the stimulation of cervical inflammation can lead to increased vaginal secretions and cause cervical erosion.

3. Excessive cleaning: Some women pay great attention to personal hygiene, but often use high-concentration disinfectants to flush the vagina, which is counterproductive. High-concentration disinfectants will affect the growth of vaginal flora, leading to an imbalance of acid and alkali in the body, causing varying degrees of epithelial damage, and giving viruses an opportunity to take advantage. Therefore, women should avoid using high-concentration disinfectants to flush the vagina and just flush it with clean water every day.

4. Menstruation lasts too long: The duration of menstruation is closely related to women’s endocrine system. Menstruation that is too long or too short will increase the risk of cervical erosion in women.

5. Improper sexual habits: multiple sexual partners, sexual intercourse during menstruation, too frequent sexual intercourse, etc., can also induce the occurrence of cervical erosion.
