What causes afternoon hot flashes?

(3) Soak 50 grams of mung beans and 100 grams of coix seeds for half a day, then cook until the porridge is done. Add 15 grams of Adenophora Root and cook for another 10 minutes. Add sugar and drink the porridge.

(4) Take a teal, remove the internal organs, cut into pieces, and stew until half cooked. Wash and peel about 200 grams of water chestnuts, cut into pieces, and add them to the stew. Add seasoning as needed.

(5) It is recommended to cook some four-treasure porridge (lotus seeds, yam, coix seeds, and water chestnuts in a ratio of 1:1:1:1) to regulate the spleen and stomach.
