Many women experience abdominal pain during menstruation. The pain will ease when the menstruation is about to end. 1. Stay warm

60 grams of motherwort (30 grams of dried product), 50 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar. First, boil the motherwort juice and remove the residue, then cook it with rice and brown sugar into a thin porridge. Start taking it 3-5 days before menstruation. Take warm, 1-2 times a day. This porridge can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, regulate qi and unblock menstruation. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by qi and blood stasis, irregular menstruation, and postpartum lochia.

9 grams each of rose and Chinese rose, and 3 grams of safflower. Grind the above 3 herbs into coarse powder, soak them in boiling water for 10 minutes, take one dose daily, and drink warm at any time. Take it for several days in a row, preferably a few days before menstruation. This tea promotes blood circulation, regulates menstruation, regulates qi and relieves pain. It is suitable for dysmenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, scanty menstruation, abdominal distension and pain, amenorrhea, etc.

4. Patients with dysmenorrhea should have a diversified diet and should not be picky eaters. They should regularly eat vegetables and fruits that have the effect of regulating qi and promoting blood circulation, such as shepherd's purse, orchid root, coriander, carrots, oranges, bergamot, ginger, etc. People who are weak and have insufficient qi and blood should eat foods that replenish qi, blood, liver and kidneys regularly, such as chicken, duck, fish, eggs, milk, animal liver and kidneys, fish, beans, etc.
