Childbirth is a big event. Not only must prenatal examinations be done, but postnatal follow-up examinations are also necessary. If your doctor tells you that you have uterine effusion, you don't need to worry too much. There are many reasons for uterine effusion, so you must pay attention if the problem occurs. Uterine effusion is also known as intrauterine fluid. Uterine effusion is not common in clinical practice. Uterine effusion in patients of different ages may be caused by different reasons. The main causes of uterine effusion are: 1. Uterine bleeding; 2. Endometritis; 3. Adhesion and blockage of cervical canal; 4. Genital deformity. Treating uterine effusion is actually treating pelvic inflammatory disease. At present, many doctors adopt the method of puncturing the posterior fornix to extract the accumulated fluid for treatment, which is very unscientific, because simply extracting the accumulated fluid will not only fail to cure the pelvic effusion, but will also increase the amount of fluid accumulated. Clinically, although everyone knows that the cause of pathological effusion is pelvic inflammation, and the treatment is also targeted at pelvic inflammatory disease, the large-scale use of antibiotics or other drugs has not had an obvious therapeutic effect. The main reason is that pelvic inflammatory disease causes adhesion of local connective tissue in the pelvis, making it difficult for drugs to reach the local lesion. At the same time, pelvic inflammatory disease does not necessarily lead to the detection of specific pathogens, so the use of antibiotics is not particularly targeted and the efficacy is difficult to guarantee. Most women's pelvic effusion is caused by inflammation, which is an infectious disease caused by bacteria, mycoplasma, chlamydia and other pathogens. It is related to postpartum or post-abortion infection, lack of hygiene during menstruation, etc. Azithromycin tablets and Qianjin tablets can be taken orally. Pay attention to rest, keep warm and avoid fatigue. Don't eat spicy food. It is possible to have sex if there is a small amount of fluid accumulation, but it is best not to have sex. |
