When is a woman's ovulation period?

Some girls who have difficulty getting pregnant hope that they can get pregnant as soon as possible, but women's ovulation is very important. Why are there so many infertile girls nowadays? In addition to the women's own physical illness, there are some objective factors that are not correctly calculated for women's ovulation period. So when is a woman's ovulation period? How should it be calculated effectively? The calculation of a woman's ovulation period requires correct judgment.

The first step is to determine the day from which to start calculating the ovulation period

The way to determine it is to use a pen to record your menstrual situation on paper. For example, if your menstrual period starts on January 2nd and ends on January 6th. Then the starting date for calculation is January 2, which is the day when menstruation begins.

Step 2: Calculate the date of the next menstrual period

The day of the next menstrual period is the first day of this menstrual period plus 28 days. The number 28 is the average menstrual cycle for girls. The formula is simply

The first day of this menstrual period + 28 days

For example, if your menstruation comes on January 2, then

2 + 28 = 30

This means your next menstrual period will be on January 30th.

Step 3: Calculate the ovulation date

The ovulation day is 14 days back from the next menstrual period. Why is it 14? This is calculated based on medical laws and is a fixed number that can be used directly.

Next menstrual period - 14 days

This is the ovulation day we want.

Or the example above

30 -14 =16

So, the ovulation day is January 16th.

Step 4: Calculate ovulation period

The ovulation period can be simply understood as the 5 days before and 4 days after the ovulation day. If the ovulation day we calculated earlier is N, then the ovulation period is from N-5 to N+4.

Continuing with the example above, we calculated that the ovulation day is the 16th, so the ovulation period is from 16-5 to 16 + 4, which is from the 11th to the 20th. As shown in the figure

So are the 11th and 20th counted as ovulation periods? Yes, they should be. But it should be added that the ovulation period is not absolutely accurate, it is more accurate to say it is a range.

Simple form filling method

You can also download the table in step 3. After calculating the ovulation date in step 2, you can fill in the form day by day. This is simple and intuitive.

When is a woman's ovulation period? In fact, when calculating the time, you must follow the above calculation formula. A big reason why many women cannot get pregnant is that they do not calculate the ovulation period well. The ovulation period also needs to be calculated accurately. If it is not calculated accurately, no matter how hard two people try, it will be difficult to get pregnant.
