4. After women reach the age of 40, their vagina will slowly age with the passing of time, and their ovarian function will slowly degenerate. As the amount of estrogen decreases, muscle tension will decrease, and the mucosa will slowly atrophy, so the vagina will become loose, dry, and lack elasticity.

Vagina tightening exercises can effectively train the pubococcygeus muscles, because during sexual intercourse, pleasure is mainly achieved by these two muscles, and vaginal tightening can make the penis harder, which is beneficial to the quality of sexual life. Normally, women can exercise by holding their urine.
