What is the approximate value of ectopic pregnancy?

I believe that everyone should have a certain understanding of ectopic pregnancy. In daily life, many people have suffered from ectopic pregnancy. The occurrence of ectopic pregnancy causes great harm to women's health, and also causes great harm to every family. Everyone must check regularly in daily life until pregnancy. So what is the hcg of ectopic pregnancy?

Standard value of HCG

The standard value of HCG is <10μg/L, and the standard value of β-HCG is <3.1μg/L.

The HCG level of blood cells varies at different stages of pregnancy and among pregnant women, that is, it is not the same for each person, so there is no comparison and you can only compare yourself. Generally, non-pregnant women’s blood HCG is <100IU/L. In the first three months of pregnancy, HCG levels approximately double every 2.2±0.5 days.

Urine-HCG (HCG semi-quantitative method): non-pregnant women "25IU/L, 40 days of pregnancy" 5000IU/L, 60-70 days of pregnancy" (8-32) 104IU/L (the urine HCG level is the highest in the morning, close to the blood cell level).

The initial diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy is mainly based on the blood HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) test. Because HCG is a specific estrogen that needs to be metabolized during pregnancy, β-HCG can be used to help diagnose early unruptured ectopic pregnancies. The amount of HCG secreted by normally growing hair is very large, and the daily titer continues to increase rapidly, increasing by more than 66% every 48 hours. That is, if the amount of β-HCG increases by more than 66% every two days, it can be diagnosed as intrauterine pregnancy; if the increased amount is less than 66%, the possibility of ectopic pregnancy or incomplete intrauterine pregnancy is very high. After a woman becomes pregnant, an increase in β-HCG in the blood can be detected from the 9th to 11th day, and the amount of β-HCG can double every two days thereafter (even if there is threatened miscarriage, the increase rate of HCG is not easy to change). For example, if today's test result is 234, if the test result the next day is around 450, it can be considered a normal intrauterine pregnancy.

If the rate of increase is slow for two consecutive times, it indicates ectopic pregnancy or abnormal language development of the test tube embryo. For example, if it is 10 today, 15 the next day, and 17 the next day, such HCG values are definitely abnormal, and the success rate of prenatal pregnancy is extremely low. If the HCG value continues to drop significantly, it is best to perform a curettage even if the fetal heartbeat is detected by B-ultrasound, because the fetus is actually brain dead.
