What is Polyovarian Syndrome?

Nowadays, many women will encounter multiple ovarian syndromes. Some mothers who want to have a baby are afraid that pregnancy will be hindered and they will not be able to have a baby. Have you ever thought about why? Is it because of the living environment, improper diet, or the body needs conditioning. Multiple ovarian syndrome is actually not that serious. As long as you cooperate with the treatment, you will recover.

In recent years, many women have suffered from multiple ovarian syndrome, which may be related to the accelerated pace of life. My friend at that time was very uncomfortable because she was busy and did not receive timely treatment. In fact, it is hypothalamic pituitary dysfunction that causes high LH values and normal or low FSH values in PCOS patients, so the LH/FSH ratio is greater than 3, and LH's response to the synthetic luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone (LH-RH) increases. Therefore, it is believed that hypothalamic pituitary dysfunction is the initiating factor of this syndrome, which leads to abnormal synthesis of steroid hormones by the ovaries and causes chronic anovulation. Increased LH levels not only increase the pulse amplitude, but also the frequency. This may be due to excessive peripheral androgens, which are converted into excessive androgens by aromatase and continue to interfere with the function of the hypothalamus-pituitary gland.

Adrenal cortex dysfunction: Some PCOS patients have increased adrenal androgen secretion. This may be due to abnormal regulation of the adrenal cortex P450c17 enzyme complex, which causes enzyme blockade in the biosynthesis of steroid hormones from 17-hydroxyprogesterone to estrone. Adrenal dysfunction can affect the abnormal relationship and secretion of the hypothalamic pituitary-ovarian axis. There is currently no clear explanation for the cause of multiple ovary syndrome, but there are still many treatments. So don't be nervous if you have multiple ovary syndrome. Relax and cooperate with professional doctors for treatment. It will not affect pregnancy.

As you can see from the above, life is stressful nowadays. However, no matter how stressful life is, we must take good care of our bodies. After all, the body is the capital of revolution. Only by taking good care of your body can you have a good life. So don’t worry too much. As long as you cooperate with the treatment, you will be cured. I wish you all good health.
