What are the symptoms of breast development in girls?

Many parents are always worried about their children when they enter puberty, and the children will be frightened by their own abnormal phenomena at this time, because after entering puberty, many parts of women change, first of all, the breasts of girls begin to grow day by day, and there will be some changes during the development. Some girls will feel some pain, while some girls will not feel it. So what are the symptoms of breast development in girls?

The order in which little girls develop secondary sexual characteristics is usually breast development, pubic hair growth, and armpit hair growth. Normal breast development begins between the ages of 9 and 14. Foreign countries often divide the entire process of breast development into five stages:

① Stage I: Pre-pubertal stage, breasts have not yet developed.

② Stage II: In the early stages of breast development, the breast bud under the nipple begins to grow and appears as a distinct mound-shaped protrusion.

③ Stage III: The breasts become round and shaped like an adult's, but are still relatively small.

Stage ④Ⅳ: The breasts enlarge rapidly, and the nipples and areola protrude forward, shaped like small balls.

⑤ Stage V: Normal adult-shaped breasts, with the small balls of the nipple and areola fused into the round shape of the breast. It takes an average of four years for breasts to develop and mature, but there are great individual differences. For girls who develop rapidly, the whole process can be completed within one and a half years; for those who develop slowly, it may last for up to nine years. The breasts may undergo periodic changes during the menstrual cycle due to the influence of ovarian secretions. For example, one week before menstruation, you may feel breast tenderness and nipple tingling. This is a normal physiological phenomenon and there is no need to be nervous. It disappears after menstruation.

It is normal for girls to begin to develop breasts after entering puberty, but some children are still troubled by certain phenomena that occur during breast development or the size of their breasts. Especially those children who develop early or late. What needs to be emphasized here is that you should not be shy about having raised breasts, and you should not feel inferior because your breasts are not as full as you would like. Adolescence is the period when breasts develop most actively. Generally speaking, girls with good physical development and good health also have better breast development. However, there are individual differences in breast development, which is mainly manifested in that the age at which breast development begins can be early or late. The early or late onset of development is not only related to nutritional factors, but also has a certain relationship with genetic factors. Most girls develop breasts between the ages of 9 and 14. Not only does breast development start at different ages, but it also develops at different rates. The early or late start of development has nothing to do with the speed of development. The early or late start of development has no bearing on breast size at maturity. For some girls, the breasts on both sides are of different sizes because they develop at different times or at different speeds. When most girls reach maturity, their breasts on both sides are basically the same size.

Pubic hair appears six months to a year after breast development begins, usually first on the labia and sometimes on the mons pubis. Armpit hair usually appears six months to one year after pubic hair appears.

There are many symptoms of breast development in girls, but each person's symptoms may be different. Children are very unfamiliar when they enter puberty, so as parents, we must guide our children more to avoid them being frightened by their own physiological changes, which will affect their studies. When children enter puberty, their sexual functions will also begin to mature. We must not mislead our children and must educate them well.
