Acanthosis nigricans is a symmetrical gray-brown pigmentation, velvety, flaky, hyperkeratotic lesions, that occurs on the back of the neck, under the armpits, under the breasts, and in the groin.

Cystic ovary syndrome, oligomenorrhea, and amenorrhea are caused by deficiency of true yin. The heat of fire burns the fluid into phlegm. Symptoms include irregular menstruation or even amenorrhea, scanty menstruation, thick red urine, facial acne, constipation, red tongue, yellow and greasy tongue coating, and a stringy and smooth pulse. Dosage and Administration: Add 500ml of water to the above medicines, boil the Dendrobium for 30 minutes first, then add other medicines and boil for a total of 30 minutes, take warm in the morning and evening.
